Yes, we ship globally using DHL/FedEx courier services. Shipping is complimentary on all watch purchases above Rs 50,000. For orders under Rs 50,000, we charge a flat international shipping rate of Rs 1,500.

We offer a 30-day return window. The watch must be in pristine, unworn condition with all plastic protection wraps, labels, boxes, and warranty certifications intact. Customer is responsible for shipping returns securely.

The Regalia 2-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects inside the automatic movement mechanism, dial elements, watch hands, and internal gaskets. Wear of the exterior plating, band, sapphire crystal chips, or water damage due to improper use are not covered.

We recommend bringing your Regalia automatic watch in for lubrication maintenance and check-up every 3 to 5 years at any authorized service boutique to ensure timing accuracy and keep the seals waterproof.
